TenderOffer.co is the canonical public knowledge graph for private-company tender offers. We cover definitions, process, deals, firms, and ongoing news — with structured entity links across everything.
Our editorial bar
We do not publish thin pages. Every news article must add real value through one or more of: structured deal terms, entity mapping, historical context, comparison to prior deals, or timeline synthesis.
We mark unknowns clearly. We mark estimates clearly. We keep provenance for material claims. We do not present advice as legal, tax, or investment advice.
How news ingestion works
We monitor public news coverage with a recurring ingestion pipeline (initially using gnews.io). Every candidate article is classified for relevance, deduplicated, and surfaced to editors. Nothing publishes without an editorial gate.
